Talent Select AI partnered with Functionaire to design key aspects of their Candidate Assessment app, an AI-powered tool that evaluates job applicants based on psychometric criteria from interview responses. Our challenge was to make these insights clear, actionable, and easy to compare. Through a carefully designed color-coded scale and intuitive data visualization, we transformed the dashboard into a scannable interface that empowers recruiters to assess candidates with confidence.
